[Shipping & Delivery]

RE;CODE offers complimentary ground shipping within the United States. It usually takes about 5-7 business days to arrive. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by email with a DHL tracking number.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the U.S, and our online store only serves customers in the country.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your DHL tracking number once your order is packaged. Tracking generally needs 1 ~ 3 business days to be updated with tracking information.

[Returns & Exchanges]

We gladly accept returns only on unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of the ship date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom merchandise or items noted as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, you can contact us at global@purple.io. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3F, 445, Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return processing usually takes about 5-7 business days to arrive at the warehouse and takes up to 3-5 business days from the date received to be processed. If refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at global@purple.io.
