How much does shipping cost to the U.S, and how long does it take to arrive?
RE;CODE offers free worldwide standard shipping for orders over $100 to the US. It usually takes about 3 to 4 business days to arrive. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by email with a DHL tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside of the U.S, and our online store only serves customers in the country.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your DHL tracking number once your order is packaged. Tracking generally needs 1 ~ 3 business days to be updated with tracking information.
Can I edit/cancel my order?

Do I have to pay duty and import charges?
For customers in several countries including USA, items are shipped on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis and all prices shown include the relevant import taxes and duties (where the individual product or total order value is over the relevant country duty threshold).
If you are shipping to the US, Customs Duty has been pre-paid for you by Recode Global with no additional charges on delivery.
However, for some reasons, tax and duty may be charged to you upon the shipment's arrival in the destination country.
De Minimis Value, as the threshold is known, differs between countries. When the value of an item exceeds USD 800, it is subject to duty upon import into the United States.
Unless certain commodities are exempt from customs duty due to various international trade agreements, you will be responsible for paying import tax or customs duty on any goods you bring into the United States from other nations. Customs laws are enforced by the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Our delivery partner, DHL, will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs are it's your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.
Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes we reserve the right to charge any additional costs incurred by Recode Global to you.
Please note, duty is applied as a flat-rate percentage of total item value for all products.

What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom merchandise or items noted as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you choose to return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Once more, kindly remember that returns resulting from a change of mind will include a return shipping fee. The return shipping amount must include a round-trip shipping charge.

How do I return an item?
To start a return, you can contact us at global@purple.io. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: #3F PURPLE IO 445 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 06158, Republic of Korea.

Can I make an exchange?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
When can I expect my refund?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
